5. And now we are coming toward the very end of our series of messages entitled, Know Your Real Enemy.

6. I want to begin this message by telling you a story.

7. There was a man who was an expert camel driver,
有一个人，是个驾驭骆驼的专家，
8. And he was taking a group of foreigners in a caravan across the desert,
他带着一队外国商旅横越沙漠，
9. The trip was for several days.
有好几天的行程。
10. And one morning he got up and he told his companions that we had some intruders last night,

11. They couldn’t understand what he was talking about.

12. They said we haven’t heard anything and we haven’t seen anything.

13. But the camel driver pointed to them, the tracks in the sand.

14. And those who have spiritual discernment are able to see Satan’s footsteps in the land.
而那些有属灵分辨能力的人，就能够看出撒但所留下的足印。
15. You see it everywhere in the consequences of people’s sins.
你从各处人犯罪的后果就可以看得见。
16. While Satan is playing havoc with those who are in the world,
当撒但使那些属世的人陷入混乱中时，
17. We who are in Jesus Christ have victory over him.
我们在耶稣基督里的人可以胜过撒但。
18. He cannot touch us because God is restraining him.
撒但不能伤害我们，因为神禁止它这样做。
19. But it does not mean that Satan and his fallen angels never are going to attack the children of God,

20. Especially those who make him mad,

21. Those who are active in serving the Lord,

22. Those are the ones who ruffle his feathers.

23. And when I get up in the morning,

24. I often say half-jokingly,

25. If I do not have a head collision, then I must be traveling in his direction.

26. In the past several messages, we have looked at our real enemy.

27. We saw his chain of command,

28. We saw his deceptive character,

29. We discovered his intention toward the believers,

31. We saw the three gates through which he lets himself in into our lives.

32. And in this last message I want to tell you about his future,

33. I want you to know what God has prepared for Satan and all his angels.
我要告诉你神给撒但和它那些堕落天使所预备的下场。
34. As we get closer to the return of the Lord Jesus Christ,
当主耶稣基督再来的日子越接近，
35. Satan is increasing his activities.
撒但就越活跃。
36. In the gospel of John chapter 12, the Lord Jesus Christ said,
在约翰福音第12章，主耶稣基督说：
37. That his disciples are certain to have victory over demons.
主的门徒必定能胜过魔鬼。
38. And in verse 25, Jesus prophetically revealed to the disciples that he is victorious over Satan.
在25节，耶稣向门徒说预言，表明他必胜过撒但。
39. And in John chapter 12 verse 31 Jesus said,

40. Now the judgement of this world,
现在这世界受审判，
41. Now shall the prince of this world be cast out.

42. And in Jude verse 6,

43. It tells us that the angels who joined Satan in his rebellion, which is 1/3 of the created angels.

44. What happened after the resurrection?

45. After the resurrection, Satan was condemned by the Lord Jesus Christ.

46. And when Jesus comes back,
当耶稣再来的时候，
47. He is going to execute that sentence,
主就要对撒但执行刑罚，
48. It is only a matter of waiting for God’s timing to carry out this sentence.

49. And when Jesus comes back,

50. He is going to execute his judgement against Satan and all his demons,

51. Not one of them is going to escape.

52. During Jesus’ first coming,

53. He bound the demonic powers in the lives of some people.

54. He released from their physical infirmity,

55. He opened the eyes of the blind,

56. And the ears of the deaf,

58. On his second coming,

59. He is going to release all of his children from their physical infirmity.

60. In his first coming,

61. Jesus raised some people from the dead,

62. And they died again.

63. On his second coming,

64. Jesus is going to raise up all of his children to live forever and forever.

65. They will never die again.

66. In his first coming,

67. Jesus cast demons out of some,

76. Satan of course does not want to hear about his judgement that is coming,

77. Satan wants people to forget about hell,

78. But Jesus taught a great deal about the reality and the horrors of hell.

79. In Matthew 25:41,

80. Jesus said,

81. That the unbelievers will end up in the lake of fire.

82. Hell was not prepared for humanity,

83. Hell was prepared for Satan and his fallen angels,

84. It was prepared before Adam was even created.

85. And in Revelation 20:10,

86. John through the eyes of faith was able to see the future as a present reality,

87. He saw that God will send the devil and all his fallen angels into that lake of fire.

88. There are some people who think that hell is a state of mind,

90. It is a literal place.

91. You cannot read the Scripture without understanding that it is a literal place.

92. And Jesus spoke about the intensity of the suffering of those who are going to be there.
耶稣讲过那些去地狱的人，要受的极大的痛苦。
93. Jesus emphasized the fact that from it there is no return.

94. Jesus warned that it is eternal separation from the loved ones,

95. It is an eternal separation from all that is good and holy,

96. It is an eternal separation from God himself.

97. And that is why Jesus spoke about hell with such intensity.

98. Because he wanted to warn men and women not to go there.

99. There are some who take the word fire literally,

1. Meaning burning with combustible material,

2. And they say that hell could not be for eternity,

3. They say that it will burn for a while then it will die down.

4. Their logic says that it is inconceivable for the fire to keep burning for eternity.

5. They say there is not enough combustible material in the universe to keep the fire burning.
宇宙间没有足够的可燃物让火一直烧下去。
6. I want to tell you this is the most important thing you can hear on the air,

7. It is very, very important as far as your eternity is concerned.
是非常，非常重要的，是关乎你永恒的归宿。
8. The Bible always uses figure of speech in order to illustrate a principle.
圣经常常用喻像来说明重要的原则。
9. And there are two things that you must know about that,
你必须知道两件事，
10. Number one,

11. Symbols in the Bible are not meant to blur an issue,
圣经所用的象征，不是要将事件变得模糊，
12. They are not meant to undermine an issue,

13. They are not meant to ignore an issue,

14. But symbols meant to make things clear.
象征是要人看得清楚。
15. And here the Lord Jesus Christ uses a word picture of fire that will not quench,

16. So that we may understand the eternal truth.
让我们明白永恒的真理。
17. This symbolism of fire is God’s given truth,
神借着火的象征，告诉我们真实的情况，
18. So that we may understand the agony of hell,

19. And the pain of hell,
和地狱的痛苦，
20. He uses it that he may impress it upon our minds.

21. The second thing is this,

22. In any common communication,

23. The thing that is being symbolized is always greater that the symbol.

24. Let me give you an example,

25. On the communion table, you find bread and grape juice,

26. They represent the body and the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.
代表主耶稣基督的身体和血。
27. The symbols are not greater than what they symbolize.
这个象征不能大于它们所代表的事物。
28. God is accommodating to our finite mind to help us understand important things.
神用象征，为了迁就我们有限的思想，帮助我们明白重要的事情。
29. But symbols do not undermine the horror of hell,
但象征不是要减低地狱的恐怖，
30. They are supposed to intensify it,

31. And magnify it,

32. And manifest that horror of that place.

33. The Bible gives us some clues as to the character of hell,

34. Very quickly I want to give you five of those realities.

35. The first thing the Bible says about hell is that it is a prison.
圣经首先以监狱来形容地狱。
36. Matthew 18:30,

37. But it is not like a physical prison,
但它不像有形的监狱，
38. It is not like the earthly prisons,
它不像世界上的监狱，
39. Earthly prisons imprison the body,

40. But not the soul,

41. Or the minds.

42. Earthly prisons are palatial mansions in comparison with eternal prisons.

43. Paul and Silas were beaten up and thrown into the Philippian jail,
保罗和西拉被人鞭打，又被囚禁在腓立比监狱里，
44. They were in chains,

45. But they were singing and praising God and glorifying God.

46. But according to Matthew 10:28,

47. Hell is a prison that will incarcerate the body and soul together.

48. I want you to use your imagination with me,

49. All of human creativity will be imprisoned,

50. Hope is dead,
没有希望，
51. Anticipation is no more,

52. So it is an eternal prison.

53. Secondly,

54. The Bible tells us that hell is a pit,

55. And sometimes it is called bottomless pit.

56. What is the Scripture trying to tell us?

57. It is impossible to escape from,

58. It is impossible to get a second chance.

59. You cannot back out of it once you get in.

60. So it is a prison,

61. And pit.

62. Thirdly,

63. The Bible tells us that hell is an utter darkness.

64. Matthew 22:13 and 25:30,

65. It tell us that it is utter darkness.

66. I hope you will read them after the broadcast.

67. The Bible says in the book of Revelation,

68. That in the last day,

69. When we are together with Jesus in heaven,

70. We are not going to need the sun to shine,

71. Because Jesus is going to be the light of heaven.

72. But for those who are in hell,

73. They will have nothing but darkness.

74. That includes physical darkness,
包括有形的黑暗，
75. But it also includes moral darkness,
也包括了道德的黑暗，
76. Mental darkness,
思想的黑暗，
77. Spiritual darkness.

78. A place that has no dawn or sunrise,
是一个没有黎明或日出的地方，
79. No morning or the ray of sunshine.
没有早晨或阳光的地方。
80. In hell,
在地狱里，
81. Every day is night,
每一天都是夜晚，
82. Every day is pitch black.
每一天都是漆黑的。
83. And then there is a fourth thing the Bible tells us about hell,
圣经告诉我们关于地狱的第四件事，
84. It says the fire will not be quenched,
说那里的火是不会熄灭的，
85. And the worms will not die.
还有不死的虫。
86. There are 21 times in the New Testament that hell is referred to as a place of fire that will not quench.
新约圣经里有21次提到地狱里有不灭的火。
87. It is a place of terrible suffering,

88. Constant agony,
无尽的煎熬，
89. There is no relief.
永无解脱。
90. Jesus tells us when he told us about Lazarus and the rich man,

91. That this man who lived for himself went to hell,

92. And Lazarus went to heaven.
而拉撒路则上了天堂。
93. And he cried out in agony and in pain,

94. He ignored God all his life,

95. And now in hell he wanted to send somebody from death to evangelize his brothers.

96. And Abraham told him,

97. That unless they believed the Bible, they will not believe if somebody rises from the dead.

98. There is a fifth thing the Bible talks about hell,
圣经说关于地狱的第五件事，
99. That it is a place of separation.

1. There are some people who joke and say they are going to be in good company in hell.
有些人开玩笑说，在地狱里有很多同伴。
2. Let me give you a list of those people who are going to be in hell,
让我告诉你哪些人会下地狱，
3. It’s in Revelation 21:8,
在启示录21章第8节，
4. They are the cowardly, the vile, the murderers, the sexually perverted, the sorcerers, the idolaters, the liars,
他们是胆怯的、不信的、可憎的、杀人的、淫乱的、行邪术的、拜偶像的、和一切说谎话的，
5. Here’s the good company that they talk about.
这就是他们所说的同伴。
6. But not only those people are going to be in hell,
但并不单是这些人会下地狱，
7. Satan and all of his fallen angels are going to be in hell,
撒但与它的堕落天使都要下到地狱，
8. There is not feeling of love in hell.
在地狱里没有爱。
9. And that is why I am speaking to you on the air tonight,
正因为这样，今天我才在这里对你说话，
10. Because I don’t want any of our listeners to end up in hell,
因为我不想任何一位听众将来下到地狱去，
11. If you have not believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, I want to encourage you to commit your life to him tonight,

12. Because he is the only one who can save you from hell.
因为只有祂才能救你免下地狱。
13. See how beautiful this earth is,
看这大地多么美丽，
14. The beauty of the sunshine,
阳光灿烂，
15. The mountains,
崇山峻岭，
16. The green grass,
绿草如茵，
17. The flowers,
百花齐放，
18. All these beauty of the earth were created for people to live in it.
这美丽大地的一切，都是神为人造的，让人安居乐业。
19. But the lake of fire was created for Satan and his angels.
但硫磺火湖却是为撒但和它的使者造的。
20. And when we sin and follow Satan and refuse to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ,
如果我们犯罪并随从撒但，拒绝相信耶稣基督，
21. Our destiny will be Satan’s destiny.
撒但的命运，就是我们的命运。
22. Because through Christ, the Lord provided a way of escape from hell,
因为借着基督，主给了我们一条逃避地狱的途径，
23. And there is no other way.
再没有其他的途径了。
24. Through Jesus God provided us with a new identity,
借着主耶稣，神赐给我们一个新的身份，
25. New direction,
新的方向，
26. New everything,
一切都是新的，
27. And our destiny is heaven.
我们的归宿就是天堂。
28. And if you have never committed your life to Jesus Christ,
如果你从未将生命交给耶稣基督，
29. And you refuse to do so,
你拒绝祂，
30. God is not going to send you to hell,
那么，就不是神让你下地狱，
31. You are sending yourself to hell.
而是你自己要下地狱的。
32. The Bible said you are without an excuse o man.
圣经说，你没有任何借口。
33. And I want to give you an invitation tonight,
今天我想邀请你，
34. And I want to urge you not to turn it down,
恳请你不要推辞，
35. Jesus is welcoming you tonight,
今天主耶稣欢迎你，
36. Will you repent of your sin?
你愿不愿意为你的罪悔改？
37. Will you come to him and receive him as the Savior of your soul,
你愿不愿意来到耶稣面前，接受祂为你灵魂的救主，
38. And the Lord of your life?
和生命的主？
39. And if that’s your decision, I want you to pray with me this prayer,
如果你愿意的话，请你跟着我这样祷告，
40. Our Father in heaven,
在天上的父亲啊，
41. I thank you for this warning,
我感谢你的警告，
42. I thank you for your invitation,
我感谢你的邀请，
43. I thank you for salvation that is offered to me,

44. I now repent of my sins,
我现在为我的罪悔改，
45. I receive you as my Savior,

46. And I will live under your Lordship,

47. Help me and send me someone to disciple me,

48. Help me to understand your word,

49. And I look forward to seeing you in heaven,
